Reconfiguring the floor plan was the project’s starting point, aiming to optimize spatial flow and accommodate the residents’ evolving lifestyle. This approach led to the strategic creation of two en-suite bedrooms and a powder room.
In the social area, the open layout seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and media zones, fostering connection without visual barriers. A key technical feature was the precise alignment of the floor-to-ceiling doors. This allows for highly efficient cross-ventilation between the home office and the living room, ensuring the apartment can naturally breathe.
The curated furniture blends iconic pieces by renowned Brazilian masters Sergio Rodrigues and Jader Almeida with contemporary designs, resulting in an eclectic yet deeply sophisticated atmosphere.
