The renovation of this apartment sought to introduce a youthful design language while minimizing structural interventions. The reconfiguration transformed two guest bathrooms into an elegant primary suite and completely remodeled the kitchen, making it highly functional.

In the home office, an inverted floor beam was ingeniously resolved by creating a wooden platform, which serves to invitingly demarcate the space. In the primary suite, daily life gains both practicality and comfort with a workspace carefully integrated into the bedroom.

In the social area, a delicate tile panel establishes a dialogue with the deep blue wall and the earthy-toned ottoman. Wood acts as a focal point of warmth, featured in the linear shelving, the kitchen cabinetry, and the striking slatted headboard in the suite.
