Housed within the iconic Casa Alta building—a modernist architectural gem designed by Sérgio Bernardes in 1963—this apartment was envisioned for a family that deeply values quality time together and an outdoor lifestyle. They enjoy the rare privilege of living within what feels like a private lookout point.

The living room’s palette of dry, soft tones dialogues with layered rugs and signature furniture from icons such as Sergio Rodrigues and Arthur Casas. Brazilian Freijó and American Oak woods bring warmth to the spaces, contrasting with the precise rigor of the black metalwork in the window frames.
