This apartment was transformed into a serene retreat for a family living abroad, who sought a welcoming haven for their stays in Brazil. The comprehensive renovation modernized an older property, carefully maximizing its privileged connection to the surrounding landscape. The core concept is a seamless hybrid of Scandinavian aesthetics and a relaxed, coastal soul.
The floor plan was completely reconfigured to enhance the feeling of a true home. By fully integrating the balconies into the main social areas and the primary suite, the layout expands visual horizons and invites the lush outdoors directly into the living spaces. Signature designer furniture—highlighting iconic pieces by renowned Brazilian designers Jader Almeida and Aristeu Pires—harmonizes seamlessly with natural textures such as natural fiber rugs, linen, and woven straw.
